These Terms govern access to and use of www.rbschools.in, its online forms and related digital services (“Website”), operated by Ravindra Bharathi School and its schools, campuses and affiliated educational institutions (“RB Schools”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general information. Programmes, curricula, affiliations, facilities, transport, staffing, calendars, fees, concessions, admission criteria, availability and services may change. Please confirm material information with the authorised school office. Official written policies, admission documents, fee schedules and applicable board or government directions will prevail.

Admissions

An enquiry, registration or application does not guarantee admission, a seat, campus, programme, transport route, scholarship, concession or discount. Admission is subject to eligibility, document verification, assessment where applicable, seat availability, payment and institutional or regulatory requirements. Applicants must provide complete and authentic information. Only written confirmation issued through an authorised RB Schools channel should be relied upon.

Fees and Online Payments

Online payments may be processed by third-party banks or payment gateways under their own terms. A payment is complete only after successful confirmation and reconciliation in RB Schools’ records. If an amount is debited without confirmation, contact the relevant school or payment provider before paying again. Fees, concessions, withdrawals, cancellations, refunds and adjustments are governed by the applicable written school policy and law.

Responsible Use

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, educational or authorised institutional purposes. You must not:

• provide false information, impersonate another person or access records without authority;
• introduce malware, disrupt the Website, bypass security or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
